How do I edit my account information?
In My Account, in the Account Settings tab, you can change your login password and contact information.

How do I add/remove a child?
You should speak directly with your Private Banker to add or remove children or accounts.

How do I change my child’s allocation?
If you want to change total transfer amounts or specific Spend, Grow, or Give allocations, get in touch with your Private Banker directly. Your banker’s contact information is always available on the My Requests page.

What kind of reports will I receive?

In My Reports, you can view all of your Family Reports. These monthly breakdowns show you how much money you’ve allocated to each member, how much they’ve used, and how much remains in each Spend, Grow, and Give account.

Where can I send feedback to TILE?
We’d love to hear from you. You can submit any questions or comments you have through Ask TILE – we’re checking email regularly.

What is a “privacy level?”
We encourage members to take responsibility for their finances by controlling how much of their transaction detail you, the funder, can see. While you will always have access to basic account balances, the rest is up to the member. We always recommend having a conversation directly with the member if you feel the privacy level needs to change.

Can I access the complete TILE Library?
The TILE Library is currently only accessible to members – they’re the ones doing most of the learning, after all! As a parent, you can view our latest blog entries and recent “TILE Cools” – links to stuff on the Internet we really like.

How can I make the box in the sidebar stop moving?
Good question! Click on either one of the arrows below the box to pause the automatic sliding.
